Five of us stayed here for a friend's 40th birthday party. Our hosts communicated well with us leading up to our stay, even promptly responding to an inquiry for restaurant recommendations with a number of options, all with personal and honest descriptions. Check-in was easy, and we arrived to a very clean and well presented property. We spent a lot of time there, as most of us have small children, so it was nice to sit, relax, and enjoy each other's company. We walked to a nearby brewery for an afternoon drink, and then later had dinner at South Coast Cookhouse, where we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and then saw some live music at Casa Hugo, on their last night being open. All were great experiences. The hot tub was great, the deck large, and the area quiet. Our one downfall was that none of us slept well. The beds were all incredibly hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were very thin. It might be a good idea to bring your own pillow or a mattress topper if you choose to stay at this property. Check-out instructions were straightforward and we had no issues besides the beds. Thank you!

This home is clean and beautiful! We loved the large deck, hot tub and fire pit. Plenty of room for everyone. Bathrooms were huge and beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The place is great. Will go back. Just a couple of things though. The sliding glass doors and the front door should have a covering. No privacy. Also the curtains are pretty in the front bedroom something to make the room darker would be nicer. Ceiling fans in the front 2 bedrooms as well. Room is very warm.

We had a really great stay at this property with our two young kids. So close to the beach and lots of independently owned restaurants and shops. Short drive to the falls. The house was exactly as described, we really enjoyed the hot tub and it was huge! There is a distressed property directly across the street, didn't bother us, but may some.

We found that there were far more extras than the listing or the property management lead us to believe in their welcome email. For example, the intro email indicated that there was only one roll of toilet paper, but there were several. There were also a number of helpful childrens items (pack and play and a high chair) that would have been helpful to know about so that we didn’t have to pack our own.

The house was impecable and located in a great neighbourhood! Beds very comfortable, a lot of stuff in the kitchen, plenty of space in the house, and bathrooms and furniture were like new. We really loved the hot tube!

The garbage schedule needed to be updated as we put out the garbage but it wasn’t picked up. A green bin would have greatly reduced the amount of garbage. We found that the furniture in the one bedroom was actually too big for the room and a rocking chair chair would have been helpful since we had a baby with us. Crystal beach is a lovely community and the beach was great.
