We purchased the Copperhood in August 2019 and look forward to welcoming you. Due to COVID-19, we are only hosting group retreats. The entire 32-acre retreat and spa is reserved for your exclusive use! This listing and daily rate is for 12 guest rooms and suites / 34 people. Our resort is a peaceful escape nestled in the Catskill Mountains perfect for corporate, wellness, and yoga retreats. Property highlights: - 32-acres of private forested land with recreational activities - Private baths in all rooms - High-speed commercial fiber internet (not residential cable) - Spa access included Amenities and common spaces: - FASTEST WIFI IN THE CATSKILLS! High density commercial fiber (100+ connections access points) runs throughout the main building - Expansive interior spaces for meetings and work stations - Social spaces include dining room, great room facing the mountains, and lobby lounge with fireplace - Spa with swimming pool, hot tub, yoga studio, and fitness center - Outdoor dining deck - 32-acres outdoors of private landscaped forest for hiking, swimming, yoga, and tennis court (tennis lessons available at an additional cost) Guestrooms: 12 guestrooms for up to 34 guests: - 8 rooms with 1 king bed - 1 rooms with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed - 1 suite with 2 full beds and living room - 1 suite with 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed each and living room - 1 suite with 2 bedrooms (1 king / 2 full beds) and living room The price on this listing is for the above 12 rooms. Guestroom amenities: - All guestrooms have private en-suite bathrooms - All guestrooms have commercial wifi, cable TV, and phone - Most guestrooms have private balconies or direct access to outdoor deck - Most guestrooms have work desks - All linens, towels, and toiletries provided to guests. Extra items available through self-service during stay Guest access: Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, subject to health department rules related to access to public spaces and amenities such as swimming pools and spa during COVID-19. Please inquire for more details. We are enforcing a 72-hour vacancy in between bookings to allow for deep cleaning. Location and Services: Approximately 2 hours from NYC but feels like worlds away! Surrounded by nature and open air, the Catskills provide a rejuvenating retreat from urban life. Our property provides tons of activities for recreation and relaxation and is nearby some of the areas top attractions for dining, hiking, swimming, and skiiing. We'll help your group plan their trip, bring in catering, hire a private chef, book on-site spa treatments, and more! Close to Phoenicia and its renowned Phoenicia Diner (5 minutes), Belleayre Mountain (14 minutes), Hunter Mountain (25 minutes), Town of Woodstock (25 minutes), Tannersville (27 minutes), and Kaaterskill Falls (34 minutes).

Our group of about 27 people had an absolute blast. There was so much to do, inside & out, that we could have spent a week at Copperhood and not gotten bored. The kitchen supported our needs beautifully, great rooms were cozy, spa perks were all fully operational…the trip was fantastic in every way. Highly, highly recommend!

I had 30 people fly in from around the country to celebrate my mom's birthday. This was the perfect place to get out of the city, have everyone stay together, have events/plans for everyday. The host provided an incredible document with the best catering in the area, place to go, etc. He was also always available for a quick answer to a question. Perfect spot for a family reunion, so happy we decided to come here!

25 of my close friends and family stayed here for a bachelor party. The property was amazing, clean and had beautiful views everywhere. The pool/spa was a favorite amongst the group and we spent all night on the wrap around patio. There were trails, a river, tennis court and even alpacas. Stephen was an amazing host who was extremely accommodating, accessible and just a genuinely good person. We can’t wait to come back again!

We had such an enjoyable stay at the Copperhood Resort. Our host Steve was welcoming and accessible from the minute we arrived. With so many rooms, we were able to have our own individual family space. The common areas were spacious and open for our large (24) group...the kids (and adults!) enjoyed the pool, feeding the alpacas and chickens, playing tennis, doing morning yoga, putting puzzles together, and dining. The kitchen was well stocked and had ample space and dishes. We had the run of the place and felt right at home. Steve and his family were gracious and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate booking again!

Great getaway!

The Copperhood was the perfect spot for a getaway weekend with friends. It was wonderful to each have our own (huge) rooms and bathrooms, large common and dining areas, commercial kitchen that made catering a breeze, yoga studio, indoor pool and outdoor activities. Steve (property owner) was very helpful and immediately responsive to all of our needs. Everything was very clean and we felt very safe in every way. Highly recommend for your next group getaway.
