There is room in the garage for 2 cars and the golf cart! The elevator can get you to any of the three floors above the garage. On the first living level you will find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room/dining room combination. There is plenty of room for two families to enjoy. Light and airy décor with large, wide easy chairs and an overstuffed leather sofa and chair. Just kick back and watch the big game or hit the balcony just off the living room for coffee or cocktails. The second living level is where you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private balcony. Large and comfy with a king bed and flat panel TV. A walk-in shower and a garden tub round out the master suite. The second level also has another bedroom with king size bedding, TV, private balcony and en-suite bathroom with a combination tub/shower. On the third living level you will find two more bedrooms and a full bath featuring a combo tub/shower. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and the second bedroom has both a double and a single bed. Each bedroom has a private balcony and share the bathroom. Please enjoy the EZ-GO golf cart while you stay with us. We ask that you only use marine fuel in the cart. The Friendly Express on Demere Rd just around the corner from Demere Landing sells marine fuel. Demere Landing also has a community pool. This will be your vacation home year after year. What to Expect in your Unit: • There are 5 TVs located in this property. • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and one Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest. Bedding Includes: 3 - King 1 - Double 1 - Twin Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown.
