Our room was super nice. The private hot tub was fun. The view was amazing. The place has an infinity pool that serves you drinks while you are swimming. The beachfront was great. You could swim in the ocean all day and then watch sea turtles dig holes to lay eggs at night. There was a city bus that ran right past the front of the hotel, so getting places was easy. All this for 130 USD per night.
I almost didn't stay here because of the bad reviews, but I'm glad I ignored them. I don't know what these people are complaining about. If you want extreme luxury, pay more and go somewhere else. This place offers a taste of Cancun beach resort life at an affordable price.
We had a wonderful time.
While it was nice to have an on site restaurant, the food was a little bland and there weren't many options. It was okay for a quick meal when you don't feel like going out, but I wouldn't want to eat every meal there for an extended period of time. Keep that in mind if you're looking at the all-inclusive options.

Umm it was ok right on the hotel zone beach and nice and close to tbe airport as well
Hotel is a bit dated and could do with a refresh also the food needs looking at it wasnt great to be honest

Great location and views
It could use a refresh. Paint and fixtures look weathered. Wished for free coffee in the morning or really good coffee if I had to pay. Also there’s a lack of outlets for charging phones etc.

The pool area is beautiful, but theres not enough sun throughout the afternoon. Drinks are ~£8 each which was OK, nothing is included in the room price. All the staff were wonderful, and it was a great hotel for a one night layover.
The hotel is a bit dated and could do with a refresh. The sewage smell in the bathroom was quite unpleasant and we put a wet towel over it to block it.
