The entrance to the car park needs to be explained. We drove around a bit & suddenly found it. No drop off point at the hotel for people with disabilities. My friend had to lug the luggage over in two trips.

Very noisy neighbours throughout the night and no-one answered the phone at reception when I rang to complain
