I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Vidalia, and I was consistently impressed from check-in to check-out. The staff stood out immediately: professional, warm, and genuinely helpful without being overly formal. Every interaction felt like they actually wanted you to have a good experience, which is honestly not something you can take for granted these days.
The facilities were spotless. My room was well-kept and comfortable, the common areas were tidy, and everything was well-maintained throughout. It's clear the housekeeping team takes real pride in their work. The location was also a strong plus, with easy access to everything I needed and no hassle getting in or out.
For a hotel in a smaller market, this property punches above its weight. It's the kind of stay that makes you remember why you stick with a brand: reliable, clean, and staffed by people who show up with a good attitude. I'd absolutely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone passing through Vidalia.
