Le dimensione della casa per una famiglia di 5 persone, letti e divano letto molto comodi.
La posizione, facile da raggiungere il centro ed il parco del Valentino.
Il quarto piano senza ascensore non è il massimo, specialmente chi ha bimbi e tante valigie (mio errore nel non aver letto bene la cosa), appartamento senza condizionatori (posizionati 2 ventilatori, con il caldo dei giorni passati casa bollente), ariatore bagno senza finestra non funzionante e box doccia che si allaga all'uscita (apertura verso l'esterno, consiglierei appendini per le asciugamani nei bagni), luci che non si accendono e persiane esterne piene di polvere.
Sciacquone del bagno che fuoriusciva acqua (getto dello scarico molto forte, bisogna chiudere il water per la non fuoriuscita).
Prenotatazione per 5 persone era sistemati solo 4 posti letto, per il divano letto sono andato alla ricerca del kit nei vari armadi e sistemarlo.
Diciamo che con alcune attenzioni in piu nella piccola manutenzione (specialmente condizionatori con il caldo che vi è stato) l'appartamento sarebbe ok.

Grand appartement. Propreté. Quartier agréable, proche des gares et du centre, avec un marché quotidien à 1 minute, des bars, restaurants, supérettes, le grand parc du Valentino. Lits confortables. Guide touristique et plan de la ville trouvés dans la bibliothèque. Wifi. Petit balcon côté rue avec vue large sur le quartier animé. 2 salles de bains avec toilettes et bidets. Lits faits à l'arrivée, consommables fournis. Ventilateurs dans les chambres, volets. Télévision. Communication facile avec la société qui gère l'appartement, par Whatsapp. Boîte à clé à 3 minutes seulement.
Se laver est un peu problématique : la douche fuit (un joint ne fait pas son travail) et dans la baignoire il est difficile d'avoir une eau tiède (soit glacée, soit brûlante). La cuisine pourrait être un peu mieux équipée (couverts, bols, casseroles, poêles). Côté cour intérieure il y avait des travaux qui occasionnaient de petites nuisances : impossible d'étaler son linge, de laisser la fenêtre ouverte... Les installations électriques présentent de petits problèmes (rien de grave).

The apartment is spacious and adequately equipped. We didn't miss anything specific. There are two bedrooms - a master bedroom with a king-size bed, and a kids' bedroom with two separate beds. It is perfectly fine for a family of four. There are two bathrooms. One of them is private for the master bedroom.
The kitchen area is OK and there is a large living area with a TV and books.
The location is excellent if you would like to explore the city. There are public transport stops within a couple of minutes. A lot of eating places, cafes, and at least two supermarkets are available nearby. Since we were not with a car, we didn't explore the parking options. However, parking did not seem impossible.
The city center is within a walking distance if you are into this. Even easier if you rely on bicycles. This can be a nice option to explore the city during spring and autumn, when the heat is not very extreme. We visited in July, and the weather was too hot for extended walks.
Things you need to have in mind:
1. The apartment is on the 4-th floor of an old building with very tall floors, which can easily correspond to 6 floors on a regular building. The climb is rather extreme. Please bear this in mind if you have a lot of luggage, or if you are older and have issues with your legs and knees.
2. There is no AC in the apartment. There are only fans. This appears to be standard for these old buildings due to regulations and insufficient electrical installation.
3. The area is not quite kid friendly. There are no playgrounds in the immediate neighborhood, or at least, we did not find any. There is a playground in the park, which is about 15-20 minutes away on foot.
4. The check-in process is a bit unorthodox. The box with the key is on the neighboring street, while the entry of the building is on the other. Please do your homework and check the location of both on Google Maps.
5. The only real issue was the gas water heater. It would just not start heating water if the hot water was turned moderately. You could trigger the heater only if the hot water is turned to max, but then you get burned in the shower. If you then turn it down, then the heater stops and the water gets cold again. The dirty solution is to turn the hot water to max in the bathroom sink and keep it running to keep the heater working, and then operate with the knob in the shower to adjust the water to normal temperature for the actual bath. A lot of water is wasted this way, but I did not want to risk my kids getting a cold for taking a bath with cold water. The owners advised that they will ask a technician to adjust the heater, but if they don't, then this is the solution.
