Everything was perfect here. We extended our stay 2 extra days because we were so comfortable at our hotel and Fredy organized two amazing tours for us, a tour of the jungle and a day canyoning. The staff was exceptional and always cared for our every need. Location was perfect, a short walk to the hustle and bustle of town. Delicious breakfast served with smiles every morning was the perfect start to each day.

Clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Easy to find. Short $1.50 taxi ride from downtown area.

Great place to stay. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Baños. The service was amazing and we felt like home. The hotel is well kept and we were able to rest peacefully away from the noise but close enough that we could walk anywhere.
