Es wäre perfekt gewesen, wenn die Abflüsse nicht so gerochen hätten. Selbst mit Rohrrein wurde es nur kurzfristig besser

Das Bad hat einen dauerhaft üblen und muffigen Geruch -sehr unangenehm. Der Flur zu den Apartments ist ekelig und müsste renoviert werden.

Fast alles ok

Die Wohnung war ok , sehr umfangreich ausgestattet, kein super Luxus aber schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Der Eigentümer war bei einem kleineren Problem sofort erreichbar,hat sich Pers.gemeldet und später noch persönlich vorbeikommen und das Problem gelöst, das ist Service schon alleine dafür gibt es 5 Sterne

Die Lage ist nicht so dolle ,schade, verschmutzter und schlecht riechender Flur. Die Vermittlung für die Wohnung/ Betreuung der Wohnung durch die FördeFeWo war eher mangelhaft schlecht oder garnicht zu erreichen.
