La grandezza interna ed esterna, la pulizia, la disponibilità di tutto l'occorrente come se uno fosse presso la propria abitazione
Nulla, se ci fosse anche una piccola piscina sarebbe il top ma probabilmente cambierebbe il prezzo

Confort, tranquillité, cadre exceptionnel aussi bien intérieur qu’extérieur, disponibilité de la propriétaire, possibilité de garer la voiture dans la rue devant la maison ou dans le jardin, pizzeria et bar très proches, bien centre pour les visites de la région
