LAUNDRY ROOMUtility room with washing machine and dryer BEDROOMSThree bedrooms with enough wardrobes and air conditioning / heating. The master bedroom has a double bed of 170 X 200, an en-suite bathroom and a sliding door to the terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 100 X 200 and a sliding door to the terrace. The third bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 X 200 and a sliding door to the terrace. A children high chair and baby cot are available on request. BATHROOMSThere are three bathrooms. The master bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a bathroom cabinet with sink, a toilet and a hair dryer. TERRACELarge partly covered terrace orientated on the south with sunscreens, terrace table with 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds and 2 sun chairs. SWIMMING POOLCommunal swimming pool with sun terrace and showers. Sunbeds can be taken from the house to the pool. COVID-19 rules. The swimming pool is open from 1 July with a maximum occupancy of 75% and subject to the necessary hygiene measures and the 1.5 meter distance rule. Fantastic, clean apartment with plenty of space. The views from all 3 bedrooms was just amazing. Perfect place to eat breakfast, dinner, sunbathe or have a drink before heading out for dinner. A short 10-15 stroll takes you to the centre of gorgeous Mijas. The apartment was quiet and in a safe area, and the whole building well maintained. We had a glorious 4 days here and didn't want to leave. Book this apartment you won't be disappointed!

This apartment more than met our expectations ...

This apartment more than met our expectations and we had a lovely holiday staying there. It is spacious, well appointed, private and peaceful yet only a leisurely 15 minutes or so stroll in to the centre of Mijas Pueblo. The views from the apartment's very large but very private terrace are outstanding.
