Spacious, clean, and very well-equipped apartment. The location is ideal for visiting Osaka, with public transport nearby. The accommodation is comfortable and quiet, and the check-in process was very easy. Great value for money.
Nothing really negative. Perhaps a bit of street noise depending on the time, but it didn't spoil our stay.

A cockroach appeared from the HVAC unit and started walking about the room. Fortunately we were able to kill it before it moved too much. Apparently it is common to find cockroaches since there were various cans of insecticide specifically for roaches. Another thing we disliked is that we booked for 5 people and we only had 4 towels.

"Our 4-night stay in Osaka was excellent, largely due to the unbeatable location of this building. As a family, we found the apartment much more spacious than a standard hotel, and the functional kitch..."
