So close to the beach. Beautiful villa. Kitchen very well stocked and all appliances top of the line. Decorated with class. Had a great week. So close to lots of things. Love diamond beach

We had an excellent stay at this home. It is clean and very close to the beach. The views are beautiful. Jennifer, the owner was wonderful and quickly returned any questions that we may have had. We would definitely return.

Great location and met fine people. Spiral staircase presented a bit of problem for two seniors and toddler and baby.

The place was beautiful and well stocked. Jennifer responded very quickly when contacted. You couldn’t ask for a better location if you’re looking for a vacation on the quite side.

I can't say enough about the location of this property. It's a short 5 minute walk to beautiful Diamond Beach. The pool (which was super clean and mostly empty all week) was directly across from the front door. Sitting on the back balcony, the ocean view was to the left, the nature preserve was directly in front, and gorgeous West Cape May sunsets to the right. Could not get a better spot. Diamond beach was the most beautiful beach I'd been to on the Jersey Shore - white powdery sand, long flat access to the water. Yes, there were crowds, but it was the first week of July! We had no problem finding our spot each of the 6 days we were out there. The unit itself was spotless, well maintained and adequately supplied. We were particularly happy to have the beach wagons, chairs and umbrellas available. Parking is a bit of a challenge; there are two nose to tail spaces underneath the unit. We had Hondas and it was a tight space. We were lucky enough most days to snag an additional space in the small lot (10 spaces) in front of the building; alternatively on the street. The pictures do not show the steep curvy steps from the lower level to the main level of the unit. These would definitely be a challenge to anyone with physical limitations (we were huffing and puffing getting our food supplies up these steps). We also had to use the baby gate to make sure a 2 year old did not try to master the stairs himself. Overall, the location wins me over - I'd book this unit again.

We stayed here with our 5yr old and friends who had three kids (5 mo-6yr) and we made it work for a week. The house has been recently updated and very clean. The main living space and master bedroom are on the top floor and two bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry room on bottom floor (kids room has two twins with trundles). The staircase is steep, do not recommend for a frail wobbly individual. You need to supply own linens and towels. The neighborhood was perfect for us: quiet, clean, and family friendly. The location to the beach was a very short walking distance away (very convenient). Host supplies you with chairs, umbrellas, and two carts. We loved having the best of diamond beach but being a short driving distance from wonderful Cape May. The ONLY major downside is you can hear major thumping from above in downstairs bedroom (think rambunctious kids at 6am in living room), so if traveling with kids just be aware. Otherwise highly recommend and would stay again.

The mattress are comfortable. The unit was fully stocked and very clean, just bring your sheets, pillows and towels and you are all set!
