Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this home immensely. The beachfront location is unparalleled- truly a few steps from the back door to the sand. The sunsets are definitely one of the highlights of this location. The interior of the home is well taken care of and very well stocked with just about everything we could have imagined and more (all beach gear, snorkeling gear, beach towels, bathroom necessities, kitchen spices and all the items we needed for cooking)! We can’t say enough about this place. It was truly a magical place to stay!

Perfect location. Walking distance to all amenities. Comfy and well outfitted space. We will stay here again.

My husband, 16 month old son and I had a wonderful stay. The location right on the beach is IDEAL! Very few locations in Maui had air conditioning, plus it being 2-bedrooms with no stairs was perfect for us with our toddler who we wanted in a separate sleep space. Its in the heart of Kihei with lots of restaurants nearby, and they had a bunch of great beach gear for us to use. We would visit again in a heartbeat.

Absoluetly perfect condo for our needs. The 2 bedroom/2 bath beachfront condo with beautiful views met all of our needs. Very modern and furnished with absolutely anything you could ever want or need. The amount of amenities is great. Very glad we choose this location and would absoluetly stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Very rare to find a beach front property in hawaii. This was perfect for us with a 3yo and a 6 month old. We could easily come out in the morning and spend time at the beach. Lots of good food around the area. Only negatives is that it is a busy area (so not a good place if you are looking for quiet or solitude) and there is constantly someone mowing a lawn :) But as for the place itself, it was immaculate. Very well stocked. Lots of boogy boards, beach chairs, beach activity items. Place was heavenly.

As discussed in all of the previous reviews, this vacation rental feels much more like a “home” than any other I’ve stayed in before: great quality and attention to detail throughout - from the user-friendly kitchen with pristine cook/serving ware and an espresso machine. Comfortable beds - Quiet, super central and convenient location. We beat a path back every afternoon to have a walk on the beach and enjoy the sunset… somewhat amused by folks that had to lug their beach gear from goodness-knows-where. Highly recommend to anybody searching for a home-away-from-home - except you get to listen to the waves all night.

Amazing location, right on Charley Young beach. Private corner ground floor unit. Comes with all the amenities in the kitchen as well as boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, cooler bag, and a skim board. Private and secured back patio, great for storing surfboards or drying out wet gear. Two lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable King bed in the master suite. Ample beach towels and other linens/towels. The electric grill on the beach facing lanai works great! Will be staying again in the future!

This place was such a great place for my family and I. The unit was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed for our whole time there . The beach was literally outside of our unit and everyday we saw the most beautiful sunset. We will most likely stay here again if we are ever in Maui again

The unit was spectacular - recently remodeled very tastefully. Beds very comfortable. Location is supreme - so easy to just walk out onto the beach, watch sunsets over the water. We will definitely consider coming back!

Right on the beach with all the supplies you could need. Minutes away from the best restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels. We had not one single complaint.

This condo is in an ideal location, beautifully appointed with many thoughtful touches - you won’t be disappointed!

Loved being right on the beach, the sunsets are amazing! Parking is tight, but other than that it’s perfect. Lots of towels, extra bedding, fully stocked kitchen. Even beach chairs, umbrella and body boards. Very clean and super easy check in. This was our second time staying here. We wanted to stay here every time we came, but the price was just increased quite a bit, so we may not be able to afford it and will have to find a new place for next time. Sad because we love this one so much! You won’t regret it, it’s really just perfect.

Such a nice place! The location is just awesome. Owners have this unit highly upgraded and loaded with everything you'd ever need. So comfortable when you're ready to be indoors. Just beautiful views & sunsets right from the lanai or steps away out on the beach. For our family of three this was an absolutely perfect stay. What a great vacation for us and most certainly hope to be back one day!

The condo had beautiful touches throughout, gorgeous woodwork. There were updated notebooks providing local information for guests. Our stay was outstanding!

My family and I have stayed at this condo building many times. It is our favorite spot in Maui and one of the few condos that literally open right onto the beach. Charlie Young Beach is a good beach because the waves are typically not big, unlike some of the other beaches on Maui. It is just a short drive to the other more dramatic beaches on Maui and upscale Wailea. This unit was on the ground floor and opens up directly onto the grassy area. It was clean and well-stocked. Bathrooms and bedrooms are a little tight but the location makes up for that. My only suggestion is bring your own pillow if you have room in your suitcase. Overall this is an excellent place to hang and/or use as a launching pad to explore Maui.

It's hard to find another place in Hawaii that would beat this place's combination of location right on the beach and comfort. The apartment was in excellent condition and had everything we could think of: a well-outfitted kitchen, plenty of towels, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. The place was very cozy and had some great wooden decor elements.We loved having breakfast at our dining table while hearing and looking at the ocean and the beach. And you can watch the sunsets from the living-/dining room, too.The living area is not as spacious as it appears in the wide-angle photo, but was totally enough for our family of 4.The beach is nice, but, as most beaches in Hawaii - unless it's a quiet, often manmade lagoon - was not too safe for toddlers. Younger kids can't really play on the edge of the water, as the waves are pretty strong, will sweep a younger child off the feet. Nevertheless our 5 and 3 year olds absolutely enjoyed playing in the sand and swimming with us.There's a wonderful grocedry store nearby with lots of organic options if you care - Hawaiian Moons Natural Foods.
