We loved the location. We had reached the place from the north and was really good to travel to the surroundings of the city on the southern part. Equipment and security of the building is really good.
The flat was very clean and cozy.
There was some issues with chech-in procedure. But the owner came very soon to help us.
Regarding the flat just the sofa on the living room is quite hard to sleep on.

Amazing location right in the center of Warsaw, very stylish neighborhood and lots of things in walking distance. The apartment was very cozy and beautiful, everything was provided.
It took 2+ hours for us to check-in because we were given wrong parking instructions and wrong access codes. Thanks to the lovely ladies who helped us get inside the apartment, they were very responsive and helpful, however I wish we had received correct instructions right away.

On the positive side, the check-in process was convenient and smooth. All instructions were provided clearly and conveniently online, and communication with the staff was pleasant. The bed was quite comfortable, there were enough towels provided, and bathrobes were available as well.
The location, which is convenient for me.
They charge 70 PLN for checking in or checking out just one hour earlier/later. Other companies operating in Mennica Residence either charged nothing or around 50 PLN for an earlier check-in (not for an hour). And to be fair, there is nothing wrong with that — these are simply the company’s rules. However, at this price point, and with apartments advertised as “VIP,” you would expect a noticeably higher standard. Unfortunately, that is not what you get.
These apartments really should not be called VIP apartments.
I stayed in the Emerald Apartment at Mennica Residence, on the 3rd floor. The apartment is very heavily worn. The sofa in the living room is badly sagging, and you can clearly feel the springs when sitting on it. The kitchen utensils and equipment are also visibly worn.
The television is an extremely old model. I am quite sure some younger guests may never even have seen a TV like this before. It does not even have YouTube, let alone the possibility of casting content from an iPhone.
The internet connection was extremely poor and barely worked throughout my entire stay. After I reported the issue, the administrator came to restart the router, which unfortunately did not solve the problem.
The bathroom toiletries, including the shower gel and shampoo, were of very poor quality.
Some areas looked dirty, although this did not necessarily seem to be caused by poor cleaning, but rather by the overall condition and wear of the apartment. For example, the curtains had stains that looked like blood or something similar, and the living-room carpet was also visibly stained and worn.
There was also no access card attached to the key, even though such a card is normally provided when staying in other apartments within Mennica Residence.
Overall, the price is simply too high for the standard offered.
