Nice stay

Good Location Family friendly activities around for kids.

Place needs some improvements. Toilet flush button loose, tear in a window screen and shower drain not draining quick enough.

Good

The location is everything in this case. Great access to the water and close to restaurants and bars. Everything was relatively clean besides few spiders and their webs (but you are in nature so to be expected). It was very easy to get the key and everything was handled very well.

Overall the space could use a more conformable sofa and beds, as well as a little renovation as it was clearly showing some age. Mayor issue was just the Air-conditioning which is located downstairs for whatever reason, meaning the bedrooms upstairs stayed unbearable hot most of the time despite a provided fan. Also its Slnecne Jazera so expect noise till very late in the night so if you go early to beds or want quite evenings this is not a stay for you.

Like a seaside experience with noisy bars and discotheques

The location is amazing, it is indeed a great idea to have those floating wooden houses. There is a nice view. The house is very well exquiped. It has a sea side feeling. The terasse offers a nice seating. The beds are comfy. We appreciate a possibility to be there at 5 people, as usually it is limited to 4.

It was already hot weather in May and the A/C was no working. The place is very noisy, there is a lot of bars/disco nearby, we couldn´t sleep till 2/3 AM. At first we tried to have the windows closed to minimise the noise, but then there was no air and heat under the roof, so we had to keep it open. So we basically di not sleep. So we really cant recommend it for those who would like to enjoy relaxing holidas. However it is a great place for young people to have fun a enjoy the night life.

Moc se nám líbilo samotné prostředí a poloha přímo u jezera. Houseboat má příjemnou atmosféru, krásný výhled a člověk si tam opravdu odpočine. Oceňujeme také klid a možnost trávit čas venku u vody.

Ubytování je menší, což je u houseboatu pochopitelné. Jinak jsme byli s pobytem spokojeni.
