Located in Snowmass Village, this lovely condo for $208 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. ******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals****** 2 bedrooms 2 baths Sleeping loft Sleeps 6 * Bedroom 1 - King bed and en-suite bath with shower * Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and en-suite bath with tub and shower * Loft- Two twin beds - the loft is located in bedroom 2 and has a low ceiling. The railing in the loft may not be suitable for young children. Full kitchen with dining table for 6 and breakfast bar for 4 New stainless steel appliances New flooring in living room and kitchen and carpeting in the bedrooms Living room with wood burning fireplace and comfortable furnishings - new sofa spring 2022 Large flat screen TV Washer and Dryer - in unit/small loads Spacious deck with gas grill and expansive viewsLarge outdoor pool - Summer only (POOL CLOSED UNTIL SUMMER 2024 FOR RENOVATIONS) Hot tub - CLOSED UNTIL SUMMER 2024 FOR RENOVATIONS On free shuttle Common area laundry for larger loads if needed. Across the street from the Assay Hill lift Please note, there are 3 flights of stairs to this unit This convenient and bright Woodbridge condo is located right next to the ski bridge that takes you over to the Assay Hill Lift and a short walk to the grocery, shops and restaurants in the town center. Ski access across the bridge may be limited due to snow conditions in early and late ski season. When you are not out enjoying the ski slopes or hiking and biking trails you will love relaxing in this wonderful vacation rental. With an inviting wood-burning fireplace, large windows looking out to the ski area, and comfortable furnishings you and your travel companions may not want to leave! When you do venture out, you can take the convenient shuttle that stops right in front of the building to get to the lifts or shops and restaurants. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes during the winter daytime hours and 30 minutes in the evening. Any time of year you can relax on the patio, where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the incredible views while grilling a hearty mountain dinner. The home has a full kitchen, newly remodeled, and two bedrooms plus an additional lofted sleeping space in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath with shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed on the main level and two twins in the loft. The second bathroom is located in this bedroom providing either 2 master bedrooms or a suite for a small family. This condo is located on the 3rd floor, allowing for the wonderful views, but does not have elevator access. Please contact us if luggage assistance is needed. ***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort*** Portable AC units for the bedrooms are available for rent. Limited quantity available - please check for availability before confirming your stay if AC is needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient to two bus lines including a quick walk to/from the grocery. The staff were very responsive to our requests for more wood, etc. Be ready to go up and down 3 flights of stairs though!

They place was awesome, exactly as advertised! It was clean, comfortable, and had great views of snowmass. We were especially pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked with cooking gear; usually you only have just the minimum items in a rental. The only hickup were the two closest outdoor trashbins were nailed shut, but we figured it out and the host answered questions promptly. We would stay here again.

SERVICE is the BEST!!!-Snowmass
This was our first booking with iTrip. The Aspen iTrip team is nothing short of Amazing. We stayed for a week. We had two small issues with the condo that the iTrip staff remedied within hours of me texting. There was also a neighbor with a barking dog, they solved that also! They responded immediately to texts. I cannot say enough good.
If that is not enough....!... My Uber was late picking me up for my flight out of Aspen and I could not check my bags (need to be there 45 mins before flight, I arrived 42 mins before....). Katie at iTrips answered the phones and had someone pickup my bags at the airport within 5 mins (their office is close to the airport). This is service beyond the norm these days!!
I cannot say enough good about this team. They will be my first choice when looking for future bookings. Especially in the Aspen/Snowmass area.

I stayed here with a group of friends on our annual ski trip and we loved it. It was a super convenient (a few hundred feet) walk to the lifts every morning -- could even stop back for lunch and avoid the crazy resort food prices. Everything in the condo was well kept. Most of the rentals we've had over the years have had some somewhat expected signs of wear on everything from different people coming through but not so much here.

Beautiful views of Snowmass mountain from the kitchen, dining and living room area. Great location. During our stay, there was enough snow we could basically ski in/out to Snowmass (just be aware there are stairs involved to get down from the condo and then up to the ski path). We could walk to Snowmass Centre in 5 minute for any groceries, beer/wine/liquor, pharmacy, and a pizza/pasta restaurant which was great for a casual dinner or take out. Some nights we walked over the bridge to the Viceroy and/or Limelight for dinner. The free Snowmass shuttle stops right in front of the condo and goes anywhere you need to be in Snowmass in less than 5 minutes. Also on the days we wanted to ski Highlands or Ajax, it was less than 5 minutes walk to the RFTA stop to catch those buses (also free).
