The room was clean and as pictured on the listing. It was very close to the Train station (5-10 min walk) but also was easy to walk to the more central areas of Naples. Once we received the check in instructions via whatsapp, they were very easy to follow.
The surrounding area was a little untidy and did not feel the most safe. While this is not the fault of the accomodation providers, I feel it is important to note especially if someone is travelling alone . Close proximity to train station meant there was some noise from the lines so not good for light sleepers.

Location was close to the station, place was good, simple and everything we needed for a night, comfy bed and a plus that they had good pillows (I hate super soft ones). Communication with Daniele was great, very nice, gave us all the information needed and super good that you could do self check in at any time you needed. A plus that we could leave our bags in their lockers to go walk the city even after checking out.

La cama no era comoda y el baño perdia agua el WT y la ducha se inundaba. A las 10 de la mañana nos vinieron a golpear la puerta fuertemente para que salgamos de la habitación. Me pareció muy grosero
