neglectful maintenance, which is a shame.

Great Location. Great instructions for collecting keys. Responsive when I had a question about the internet.

Lots and lots of maintenance issues. For examples, frig door does not shut so builds up ice, kitchen tap flops (needs to be tightened), show drain blocked so you stand in water, shower door needs to be fixed in place, toilet keeps running water after flushing, draws and cupboards are filthy, cooking pots need handles tightened, and more.

Goods size and comfortable apartment close enough to many things to make it a good base.

Nice apartment, very comfy sofa and well laid out overall. Tv with firestick setup already was great and very useful for down time. Wifi worked great. Showers were good and bathrooms nice and clean. Dedicated parking space, which is needed in that area, although many of the other dedicated spaces did not seem to be in use by other residents. Close enough to the train station were you could easily get straight into London or to the Sea. Shops were also relatively close and restaurants, bars and takeaway all nearby. Town centre was a bit of a trek, but mostly because it is all uphill to the high street. Advantage is, it is easy enough to walk downhill on the way back after a night out or whatever.

Beds were small. The double bed barely fitted my daughter and my wife. They struggled and the singles were thin and fairly short singles. So sleeping did get broken up for all for sudden fear of falling out or just trying to turn over, etc. However the beds were comfortable and nicely made, with nice duvet's, etc. So apart from physical size of them, they were fine. Really nothing else of note to mention. Was good overall.

Got potential with a little tlc

Good location if visiting or working in London with good access to rail and road networks. Good size with most necessities for visit along with ‘under ground’ parking space for one vehicle in this residential apartment area.

Unfortunately I’ve stayed in very many 8+ ratings and with a little attention to shortcomings this property should then be worthy of that rating. Smelt of smoke, carpets threadbare in parts and floor trims missing. beside furniture tired and damaged along with radiators needing a coat of paint and odd small bathroom fixtures fixed. Alerted agent, with small cost all could be made good and be fine.

disappointed by maintenance of what would otherwise have been a good apartment

Access was good . Layout and equipment good. It was quiet.

the property was let down by lack of maintenance. The shower head in the bathroom had a broken fitting ; the door cover of the washing machine was off its hinges and the main bedroom wardrobe handles was broken the property also smelled of cigarette smoke which we found very unpleasant

The info from getting the keys to getting in the apartment was accurate 👌 and then we was all amazed with the layout my son is autistic and normally takes him a day to get used to a new place but he felt right at home we can't wait to book again

Good

Big spacious apartment, very light and comfortable. Clean and had everything you would need to self cater. Easy walk to the town and rail connection.

Unfortunately some of the lights were not working and the entrance to the master ensuite needed looking at.

We did not feel able to stay at the property as the beds were such poor quality so I could not say we liked anything.

The bed mattress and pillows poor quality. The shower tiles were not very clean. The block was noisy. The smoke detector was broken.

Very disappointed as hygiene should be a top priority with no excuses

Spacious lounge & kitchen with wooden flooring good for wheelchair use, 2 bathrooms with nice showers. Balcony was lovely.

Property very dirty, fish meal left in microwave for how long i have no idea, so room smelt really bad. Fridge, bin, microwave, oven & shower dirty, half used items left in cupboard, broken items, 3 out of 4 bulbs out in bathroom, carpet damaged & gripper exposed. Not been sanitized so not covid safe. Had to buy new pillowcases for our stay as ones on bed were stained & grubby. This property could be lovely if it had a deep clean, replaced all bedding & broken items & had reliable cleaners.

Location and arrival/check in instructions.

In need of some tlc. Property looking Looking tired and not great first impression. Suited purpose of stay and host communication was excellent, but felt in desperate need of a deep clean and would benefit from replacing/removing damaged items. Would take only a little more effort to make this an excellent accommodation Choice so a pity this has been overlooked.

Location, parking and apartment had all factors

When we arrived the apartment hadn't been cleaned but the staff were excellent and was cleaned once this issue was raised. The mattress in the main bedroom was terrible and needs replacing.

No tv. Broken & dangerous mirror. Accessories needed batteries. Awfull estate.
