Beautiful flat in a stunning setting. Very comfortable and well fitted out. Brilliant location for the main street, restaurants and the mountains. We did a few walks straight from the flat directly into stunning countryside.

Appartement très spacieux, lumineux et décoré avec beaucoup de raffinement. Très bien équipé. Accueil de très grande qualité (Danielle est chaleureuse, bienveillante, réactive et de très bons conseils). Piscine intérieure très agréable. Très pratique : local pour le matériel de ski. Excellent emplacement.

In general, instructions were absolutely terrible. The address for directions purposes, and embeded in Booking.com directions tab take you to an alley behind the property. We could not identify the property from the rear, and could not find the parking space indicated to be available. By chance, we drove around to the front of the block...and I saw a "43" on the front of a property...and guessed that it was the accommodation that we had rented. The instructions said to get the key from the lock box... there were three lockboxes, not one. I do have considerable experince using lock boxes, but still found this model challenging as it has push buttons on the side. Plus, it's not that easy when you don't know which lock box to use. The lockbox had a key ring with about 8 keys on it. None of the keys were labelled. It was trial and error to figure out which key opens the fromt door of the building. More bizarre is that we did not know which unit we were supposed to use.,,, and none of the units in the building have any sort of a suite number on them. There are also no floor numbers. So we had to go door-to-door using a set of approximately eight unlabelled keys to try to figure out which suite was ours. The building DOES NOT have an elevator... but this could be a problem for many people. The outside door has a second lock up high onthe front door ...which we were not familiar with . After supper, when we returned, we thought that we were going to have to call the owner to get in. Major problem tryign to get locks open with unlabbeled keys...and we determined later that the lock is some unusual type that one has to turn the key multiple times in the right directon to get the latch to screw open. Access to a property should not be this difficult !!! The fan that we had in our bedroom pulsed on and off all night... which was a major nuisance. I never write a bad review, but was very annoyed by the access issues above.
