Room only, so no breakfast included. Host very welcoming and personable. Room was with a shared bathroom, but the host could not have more considerate or less intrusive. I felt that she respected 'my' space and privacy.

Nothing to dislike at all. All as descibed and very well done to boot.suited

Welcoming, warm. Room spacious. Lovley lady.

Booking said private bathroom. No it was shared with owner, felt uncomfortable as too much personal stuff. Continental breakfast lacking. Offered croissants, had one first morning, stale one left for next morning. Some yoghurt July date, ( we are in August). Strawberries seen better days. Breakfast not good. Felt we had to wash up ours and her breakfast utensils. Sorry not for us.
