Die Lage der Wohnung war ein Traum. Vom 7. Stock sieht man vom Wohnzimmer und Balkon direkt auf das Meer. Sie liegt direkt an der Promenade, wo natürlich immer was los ist, aber die Schlafzimmer sind zum Innenhof, wo es ruhig ist. Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Ein kleiner, aber gut sortierter Supermarkt ist gleich ums Eck. Die Altstadt und viele Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz im Innenhof war natürlich ein großes Plus. Die Wohnung eignet sich auch prima für Ausflüge, man ist gleich auf der Autobahn.
Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung vertragen, die Regendusche war ein Wasserfall und die Fugen sind kaputt. Das Bad passt irgendwie gar nicht zu der restlichen Wohnung, die sehr schön war...

Super Lage mit einem fantastischen Ausblick und einer tollen Infrastruktur ( Supermarkt, Bäcker, Rental Bikes, Parkplatz im Hinterhof)
Die Dusche könnte mal modernisiert werden, ansonsten ist alles prima!

Frühes Einchecken und nette Mitarbeiter und die Lage. Die Küche und Milch und Wasser zur Begrüßung, ausreichend Klopapier
Nicht überall sauber. Z.T in die Jahre gekommene Möbel und Schimmel an der Duschwand, sehr harte Matratze
