While it does not have a balcony, it compensates with ample windows that provide an abundance of natural light. Location: Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is in the heart of Clearwater Beach located across the street from one of the top rated beaches in America! Walking distance to restaurants, night life and all of the wonderful activities Clearwater Beach has to offer. Accommodations: Our studio room offers the best value for experiencing Clearwater Beach and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This room features a king size bed and a spacious living area of 345 square feet. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax! Good To Know: - As of March 1, 2024, ongoing building repairs are underway. Please note that construction noise may occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. - Check in time is at 3 PM. Checkout time is at 11 AM. - Parking is limited to one spot per room. Parking pass provided at check in. - Daily housekeeping provided. - No pets allowed. - There are no refunds for early departure or late arrival. - Pool hours are 8 AM - 10 PM. - Office hours are 8 AM - 11 PM. - Afterhours security. - On-site laundry room. - Minimum age to book and check in is 21. No exceptions. - All units are non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area in breezeway. - Kitchenette does not offer cooking facilities. - There is ongoing construction at nearby hotels. While this does not affect our property or amenities, you may experience construction noise during your stay.

We stayed in the corner suite behind the elevator. Walking distance to shops and dining. Didnt mind the construction next door, but it does start early during the week. (7am) Pool was open late. No noise from neighbors. Overall decent stay for the price.

Great location for a short stay! The property’s elevator was a bit scary but only option to go up the fourth floor with a stroller & two young kids. It was shaking the whole way up. I should’ve requested the first floor. The property is walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately, not the property’s fault but the guest staying at the hotel during our stay was noisy and disrespectful.

I have no words for how much I loved my stay. This is my second time at the Pelican Point and it’s harder each time to leave. I’m already planning my next visit! Thank you so so much. Heidi was an angel to us and felt like a friend I’ve known for years. Left a piece of my heart there, most definitely.

Very quiet and clean. Walk to best sugar sand beach! Close to restaurants. Sand Festival is great fun. Band and street performers daily. Reasonable rate and staff extremely personable.

Amidst all these towering expensive hotels is this affordable and convenient vrbo. I would stay again. The only knock I give them is cleanliness in the hallways to the rooms and floating leaves (not sure what, I chose not to swim in the pool) in the swimming pool. Thanks for a great night!

Excellent value for the money: clean and comfortable, with an outstanding location. Easy walk to the beaches and shops. Parking for one car included, a big plus in a beach town where parking fills up quickly and can be expensive. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the property management team was attentive and informative.

Pelican Pointe is a smaller hotel among giants on Clearwater Beach. Most likely with the same amenities but a much smaller price tag. The staff is friendly, helpful, eager to please. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The guests were wonderful too. It may not be "fancy" but it's clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. Location is great. Close to many restaurants, across the street from the beautiful beach and has a heated pool that is well kept. My ONLY criticism is the hairdryer. Not very powerful. I have short hair, so it wasn't a huge issue. If you're bald......you're golden!

We had a great experience during our 4 day, 3 night trip at Pelican Pointe. Staff was so pleasant, willing to help with anything, and communicated all information clearly. This is also located across the street from the beach. We did decide to walk down a little further (3-4 minute walk) to be closer to food and the surf shop before getting on the beach. Street noise was a little louder than expected but we did have the windows open. Great spot for a trip! Highly recommend the place!

Very clean place to lay your head at night! Comfortable bed, clean pool and right across the street is the beach. A fabulous restaurant is next door ( great drinks, crab legs and breakfast was on point). Everything we needed was with in walking distance. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel on the south end of Clearwater Beach. Very comfortable and quiet. Easy walking to numerous restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment. Highly recommend this hotel for families with kids and anyone else looking for a relaxing vacation hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful in replacing used supplies (towels, etc...) as needed without entering the room. The location was excellent and just on the south end of the Clearwater Beach attractions. Very quiet and peaceful stay.
