Location: Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is centrally located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, right across the street from one of the top-rated beaches in America. It is conveniently positioned within a short walking distance from various restaurants, exciting nightlife options, and an array of enjoyable activities that makes Clearwater Beach an incredible destination. Accommodations: Our standard unit is a people watchers paradise and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It offers a captivating view of the pool and all the exciting activity happening there. The room itself features a queen side bed, providing a cozy sleeping arrangement. With 365 square feet of living space, you'll have ample room to relax and unwind. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. Outside, there is a shared area with seating available for two, where you can enjoy the surroundings. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax! Good To Know: - As of March 1, 2024, ongoing building repairs are underway. Please note that construction noise may occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. - Check in time is at 3 PM. Checkout time is at 11 AM. - Parking is limited to one spot per room. Parking pass provided at check in. - Daily housekeeping provided. - No pets allowed. - There are no refunds for early departure or late arrival. - Pool hours are 8 AM - 10 PM. - Office hours are 8 AM - 11 PM. - Afterhours security. - On-site laundry room. - Minimum age to book and check in is 21. No exceptions. - All units are non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area in breezeway. - Kitchenette does not offer cooking facilities. - There is ongoing construction at nearby hotels. While this does not affect our property or amenities, you may experience construction noise during your stay.

I loved the ground floor and the easy beach access. We enjoyed the efficient space and the feel of a classy stay with excellent short walk to the gulf! Wonderful! Would have stayed longer if we had the time!

Overall we had a nice stay at this property. The room was a little small for a family of 4- but got the job done. It was amazing that the pool was heated.
Checking in though was less than ideal. When we arrived there was a sign on the lobby door that they were on a dinner break and would be back by 8:30. We had a long day of travel and arrived at 7:45 with tired and hungry kids (5 and 2) and had to sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes. If this is something that is routine, it should be mentioned in the email you get when booking the room. It just mentioned the times the lobby is open, and said nothing about how there would be times during the day it wouldn't be staffed for lunch breaks. It would have been nice to know if someone wasn't going to be around for an hour so we could plan accordingly.

It was great staying at Pelican Point. Nicole n Heidi were beyond fantastic! Ice cream shop two buildings to the left. Salty‘s just to the right. Holy crêpes right across the street to the left. Jolly trolley pick up right in front of Saltys. We went to celebrate my 60th birthday. My best friend and I. It rained every day. We did not put our swimming suits on once. But we put our water socks on and ponchos on and went to the beach and found some shells. You got to do what you Gotta do to have a good time and we did. And Nicole and Heidi were a part of making our time great. We did the Calypso queen dinner cruise and the Haunted jolly trolley. We were only there for almost 4 days. Our room at pelican point had a small wooden pelican named pokey. There was a note that pokey like to travel and for us to take him wherever we wanted and take pictures with him. We are all about having fun so we loved taking pokey with us. Thank you for a great stay!

We normally stay on the north end of the beach but booked this room last minute and it was great! Short walk to mini golf, stores and the beach. There’s lots of restaurants close by to choose from. Our room was right at the pool so that was perfect for our 6 year old that wanted to swim the whole time.

Beach Proximity is great
Property is right across the street from Clearwater Beach, you can get there in under 5 minutes. Pool is Heated which is great. Staff is accommodating. They have beach toys and pool toys to use which is great. Our unit even had beach chairs. Close to lots of restaurants & bars. Great location.

Overall, we had a good experience staying at this property and would likely do it again. The location is great, easy walking distance to many restaurants, literally right across the street from the beach. Also other properties charge $30+/day to park, so 6 days of not paying for parking was great.
The pool needed to be cleaned. The filter in the bottom of the deep end was completely covered in paper and other misc. things (including hair). There was someone that came by to skim the top of the pool but the water did not feel as clean as it should have been.
The room was spacious. The decor (and the property, in general) was dated but nothing too bad. The futon bed was surprisingly comfortable, as was the queen been. There was a sign on a little pole inside the room saying to please make sure you return the beach chairs when you're done, but there were no chairs to be found. The owner said they do not provide chairs. Perhaps they should remove the little area that says "beach chairs" inside the unit then....
For the money, I felt this property represented a very good value and I would stay here again. There are nicer, fancier properties out there, but this one checks enough of the boxes for us that I would do it again. During the night of our last evening there the bath tub from the unit above ours started to leak into our unit. We contacted maintenance and they came in immediately and addressed it. They were courteous and professional, just like the owner and the people at the front desk.
Overall, we felt this was a positive experience and we would stay here again. It's not the most luxurious place on Clearwater Beach but you're close to everything, can comfortably sleep 4 people, have a big pool right outside your door, and are literally steps from the beach. And, of course, parking is included.
For budget-minded travelers that want to be right in the thick of things without paying an arm and a leg, I would give this property a good hard look.

We absolutely loved our stay. This was our first time ever going to Florida. I loved the pool & the room! We are so closed to all the restaurants, bars, and fun things to do! Thank you so much for an awesome stay!

The setting is great. Very convenient to everything. I like be able to come and go with your automobile and not waiting for it to be brought to you like some larger hotels. The was room was nice and clean. We like a sitting area also instead of just bed in a room. This one was perfect. We will be returning most definitely.

Comfortable and Roomy
This unit is on the ground floor. The room was perfect for my daughter and me. A kitchenette with microwave, sink and refrigerator was great. The pull out futon was comfortable and the bed was super. It was a fabulous experience!!

Well maintained and great location
We enjoyed our stay. It’s clean and the location is perfect for walking to the beach and other places. We used the free rides to go to Publix and never needed car rental. This unit had 4 beach chairs and umbrella which was super nice! The pool was nicely kept and warm enough. There is enough space for two kids on the futon couch. We could definitely return.

Hotel was very clean and grounds were immaculate. We enjoyed having beach chairs , umbrella and beach bag furnished to enjoy the most beautiful beach. We will return. Thank you 😊�
