Beautiful property & incredible views. Breakfast was brilliant - so much verity and food available. The staff were so lovely and friendly. Our 14 month old caused chaos and everyone embraced him/us! The pool is perfect with a shallow splash area (which was perfect for our baby) within the main pool.

Such a beautiful place in the world with wonderful staff and an incredible view of the surrounds. They also have the most incredible pool that looks down across the rolling hills of Marche. The accomodation is a 7 minute drive from the middle of UNESCO village Urbino, so we would often drive in for dinner or lunch before heading home for a swim in the pool. The cherry on top was definitely the staff, attentive, kind, friendly. The rooms also have aircons for the summer heat!
Although the rooms were functional, we found there was a lack of condiments and utensils to cook with given there was a full working kitche (ie: no scissors, no olive oil, salt and pepper in little sachets which ran out very quickly). The rooms also lacked a bit of old italian charm, it would have been beautiful to decorate them a bit more as they were a bit plain.
