The Caravan was very clean,It had everything that we needed for our stay.
Cooking a breakfast was easy with all the utensils needed.
We slept in the room with the double bed which was extremely comfortable.
The hosts supplied plenty of clean towels and toilet rolls.
The Caravan is also situated in a very good location close to the entrance to the park.
A bus stop just outside the park with regular buses into Knaresborough or Harrogate.
There's also a retail park across the road.
Handy for M&S food hall or takeaway. McDonald's.
The Mill Tavern was very good for a couple of hours in the evening .
We enjoyed a game of bingo on Thursday night.
The cafe is also a lovely asset to the park set by the river.
Knaresborough is a lovely town with excellent bakeries and butchers.
We loved the railway station bar ,very quirky.
The artisan market set on the castle grounds had some lovely stalls.
The shop on site isn't really a shop.
It is the size of a large cupboard
It doesn't even stock the basics. We had to shop off site
However if you want breakfast made for you ,butties etc they do that .
The Mill Tavern only do food Friday to Sunday. With a choice of 2 items .And the food we had was not the best .
Although cheap at £ 10 per person.
It may however different during peak season .

Great site, clear instructions from the host. Great facilities in the van, caters for all needs. Great location and walking distance to st james shopping park.
Double bed is very sensitive to movements which caused a distrubed sleep. Shower door does not fit therefore some water leakage.

Could do with a gate on the decking, dog friendly caravan, but dogs are not allowed off the leash on the site.
