Excellent!!

Perfect little house for a couple! Perfect location! The beach just around the corner! Lots just within walking distance! the place was clean and comfortable with TV air conditioning and everything you need for your stay! The owners were very helpful and accommodating!!

This place is a blast, the host is very nice and attentive, the location is perfect, literally 1 min walk from the beach, quiet area, some grocery stores in the vicinity. 10/10.

Stying in Luquillo is a most in the Island. Visit to the Yunque rain forest and all the places to eat is just great. th

we love the location blocks from the beach. the bed is really comfortable.

Ok stay

Very nice and cozy inside. Very close to the beach.

Only provided two towels for two people for a 5 day stay and no way to wash them. My booking stated total price included taxes and fees but was charged an extra $67 for “fees” when I checked in that the owner kept saying we’re not included. He eventually did refund the $67 although it took some going back and forth.

A great little place for couples or small family

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was perfect. The air conditioner cooled the bedroom perfectly. The surrounding neighborhood quieted down after 10:30pm. It was a few yards from the beach. Designated parking. Secure gated entrance with a lock to the second floor. Double lock at the door. The decor was wonderful. A futon in the living room. Ceiling fans in the bedroom, living room and dining area.

Missing a few appliances like an iron, blender, and mixer, and a spatula. Other than that everything else is perfect. The washer dryer appears to be for staff use as it appeared to be turned off and not usable. Inhouse Wifi was spotty.

Exceptional

Close to the beach walking distance, great and friendly staff.

Room was smaller than expected. Was in room 16 and people would meet around the steps and talk loud in the mornings woke us up. Also kids would run and make a lot of noise with the wooden part of the walkway upstairs.

Very good

It is very clean, and comfortable. Good for a couple, but not more than 3 people for sure. The location is 1/2 a block to the beach, and easy access to main roads to get around the area. The space is pretty big, nice and open, but only 1 bedroom, not 2 like the listing indicated. Nice large tv for relaxing in the evenings. Off-street labeled parking place was also nice.

There could have been a few more comfort items, like more towels, a bath mat, and soap. There was one hand-sized towel marked as "floor" towel, and one wash cloth size labeled "hand towel". And only 2 bath towels. The kitchen is very sparse in kitchen items, we didn't cook but for someone who is thinking to do so it would be difficult with no mixing bowls or cooking utensils. It was clean but there were ants. I tried to be careful and not make messes, knowing how it is in a tropical climate with bugs, but the tiniest crumb attracted ants. More trash bags, and fish towels would be a nice addition. When we arrived, the total we were given was more than the site we booked through. We were told it was due to taxes or fees, but that needs to be made clear ahead of time. This was in addition to the deposit.

Gem of an apartment right next to the beach

The tv was amazing, as well as the space. It had ample room to put our things and relax in. The balcony was a pretty cool thing to have, as well as a pretty well equipped kitchen. Felt safe because of the locked gate downstairs. Super close to the beach too!

There was only one roll of toilet paper. The shower water temp was impossible to control. The kitchen could have had more items for cooking like a spatula or wooden spoons at least.
