Incredible location and spacious rooms. Great value and a perfect place to stay for Freycinet national park
As in previous reviews, it felt like it could do with a bit of a more thorough clean- there was noticeable dirt on the kitchen windowsill, but elsewhere in the property did feel clean.
Kitchen utensils and equipment felt tired - there was no cover on the underside of the fan for the hob, meaning there was visible grease accumulating which should be addressed.
A coffee pot or machine would have been nice.

Spacious and incredibly comfortable house, the bed got us a really nice sleep. They even provided laundry detergent and everything was spotless. The location is in a quiet area, easily accessible, and just to the corner is the way for the main attractions (beaches and walks) and also just a few blocks to the shops. Communication was fantastic; they were attentive and helpful throughout. Internet running well. We spent a lovely mini holiday!
Just a couple of details - nothing major, but addressing them would make the stay 100% perfect :-):
* Check-out is very early (10:00AM), if you are there to relax, it's not very pleasant to get up early to pack everything up and tidy up.
* There are a few utensils in the kitchen missing: a cutting board, salad bowls, and a larger pot (only small ones are available), in our case, there was no problem, but I imagine it could be an inconvenience for a larger group.

Location was exactly what we needed, walkable to Jetty/ sunsets and close to grocery store.
The lounge room rug was full of dog fir/ looked although it hadn't been vacuumed. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped for cooking, no chopping board and random pots and pans.
