good location, comfortable, decently priced but needs better housekeeping and room services.

Great location and comfortable. Breakfast was free and good for a family.

No room cleaning during a 3 day stay even when requested. The pull out sofa couch had stains all over it and was filthy so couldn’t have our kids sleeping on that and didn’t realize it till the last night when we tried to have them in that bed.

Breakfast? They ended at 8:45 didn't had enough Location Really nice love it

Breakfast was the only bad thing they didn't had enough fot the people that we had paid for it by 8:45 am there was none left and it supposed to end at 10am not fair we all pay for it

Very good

The front desk staff was great, very friendly. Rooms were clean and good size. Good location.

Breakfast is from 7-10. By 8:45ish there were no more breakfast sandwiches, asked a staff member who was restocking (older lady) and she was very rude and said no that's it. The way she answered was just not nice at all. Before 10am they closed the kitchen down. There were other guests who did not get anything at all. Very unsatisfied with this. Other than this, hotel was great!!

The breakfast that was served no meat no toast i never ate a waffle in a wrapper need a better variety of breakfast. The elevator and pool area needs policed patio furniture needs some attention. But over-all nice areas just the cleanliness and the parking could really stand to be better

Common areas were clean, but blood soiled bed spoiled our stay.

The location was perfect.

The trundle bed had a disgusting blood soiled mattress pad on it. We were told someone would come in 10 minutes to handle it. It was disgusting. It took over 30 minutes. Also, the breakfast was lacking.

Great!

Clean, modern, good size rooms. Staff was super hospital. Pool and Breakfast hours were convenient.

Not much to complain about - if I really had to say something - the kids were disappointed that there were no pancakes or waffles for breakfast. The pool was icy and very small.

Our reservation was cancelled without notice or explanation

Trinity on the front desk did everything she could to help. I can’t praise her too highly.

Our pre-booked room were cancelled hours before we arrived leaving a family of 6 stranded with nowhere to stay. Awful.

perfect stop over hotel which sent us on our way refreshed.

New and modern and very comfortable. Excellent staff especially Renee at breakfast. Really nice small pool which was great for the children.

Suprising

It was a clean, fun and calming environment with a lot of open space. It was a little wierd the trash cans didn't have bags but not a big deal. One the best hotel experiences to date will be coming back.

FANTASTIC! Room was exceptional and staff were great!

When arriving at the hotel (we had just drove 14hrs) the young girl at the front desk was so sweet during our check in. We were so surprised by the size of our room! The couch and seating area allowed so much walking room for our family of 4. There was a full size closet that was perfect to put our suitcases in so we didn’t have them scattered around the room. We were here for a total of 4 days and it was a very comfortable stay! It was very clean, beds and sheets were clean. The hotel was also very quiet! We had an amazing experience!

We had NO complaints during this stay!

A wonderful hotel in Topeka, don’t miss this beautiful hotel.

The hotel was fresh, new and beautiful. Staff when above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. The rooms are very large with very comfortable beds and linens. Breakfast was good, location was great as well.

The in house beverages and snacks to purchase were a bit pricey but all hotels are.

The receptionist friendly attitude

The entire time we was in our room, about 18 hours, there was a nonstop loud tapping sound that never stopped. It was so loud neither one of my children was able to fall asleep completely, nor for anything more than a half hour. We planned to stay for breakfast but my kids weren't in a good mood at all. I also thought I was getting a smoking room but ended up a non smoking room, even though there wasn't a single international non smoking sign anywhere in the room. Overall the experience was poor only because of the location of my room. Nobody got any sleep at all. Also waiting on the difference to be refunded from my deposit
