Front counter staff was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. Breakfast service, bathroom, and comfortable beds and pillows were perfect for our group and travel schedule.
The overall aged look and feel of the facility and room. The entryway told me exactly what to expect from there. I wonder how many parties the furnishings and flooring have been a part of.

Water pressure
Mandatory deposit, still haven't received refund property claims it is automatically refunded after stay. I've been staying here for 2 months while completing a job near by, it usually takes a week for the refund, going on 2 weeks now still waiting. The deposit increased this week, "because I'm an out of towner", now that the job is done I'm sure it's just lost money since I cant remind them daily to refund last week's deposit.
