Did not get the much needed rest I was hoping to get. Certainly not the worst accommodations I have had, but I don’t bel

Pet friendly, ease of check in, and accommodating to a first floor request.

Dog poop seemingly everywhere from other pet parents who won’t clean up after pets and hotel isn’t keeping areas clean (concerning since I have a puppy). A/C has to be set super cold to keep a decent temperature and was very loud. Other guests weren’t very neighborly stomping around upstairs well into the night and I believe they were responsible for setting off the fire alarm around midnight…

Good place but apparently poorly ran

Nice beds and good location. Breakfast was very good

Didnt clean the room in between nights We stayed two nights Also they charged the whole amount for two rooms to my card and then had a hold on an additional night on my credit card for 4 days. I called the motel twice and my bank once and no help said it would come off in 2-4 days This is ridiculous to charge someone for an additional night they didnt stay!!!!!!!!!!!! Very very frustrating and put me in a bad spot on my trip since i am retired and on social security

I spent the night in a comfortable room while a major thunderstorm raged outside my window

The location was very convenient. Staff were professional and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was fine

Quiet and clean, great location.

Great location and amenities. The pool area was great and exactly what my child needed. The rooms were clean and quiet. There was a good variety of options for breakfast, there was something for everyone.

Not enough hooks for towels in the bathroom or shelves in the shower.

Very clean and comfortable with a tasty breakfast!

Great breakfast! Very tasty. Room modern and very fresh and clean. Near restaurants.

The only thing was parking is tight. We have a small motor home and had to park it on an adjacent property.

Very unpleasant stay

Good location. Easy to access

It was dirty. Our room was horrible. Very dirty carpet. Bed spread was dirty and had a horrible smell.

This was the second stay here the first was very good, this time was excellent. Breakfast was good, pool was fab. and the showers are nice and hot, beds are cozy.

Tiny,tiny bathroom/ water closet. Toenail clippings on the floor by the sink and by bed.

Superb

I liked how comfortable and quiet it was. The breakfast and coffee was delicious as well. The laundry room was clean and the machines worked effectively.

No elevator on the far end.

the girl at the front desk was great! very helpful and friendly

VERY noisy! the ice machine was right across from our room and I think people were filling their ice all night long. horrible

my family and I enjoyed ourselves here very much.

loved it breakfast was good. The staff is very helpful and it was so clean you could see and smell the cleanliness.

wasn’t to much of a big deal however my feelings were hurt by the fact that the jacuzzi bath didn’t work. Although the tub it’s self was very spacious.

Exceptional

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. I'm a tea drinker not coffee, they had a good selection of teas. I would definitely stay here again.

Try to find a better place to stay.

Location is ok. If you have to be in Topeka (good riddance) but the hotel is located in a decent area with amenities near by.

Room was overpriced, smelled like vomit when we checked in.

The room was small and tight. It had a funk smell. Was not to keen on bathroom. Shower had a weird bath enclosure and door would not close. Water on floor. Chose to use this motel this trip cause it stated heated pool ,hot tub and laundry. We came in town for a unexpected trip and wanted to make less painful for son. Hot tub,laundry under maintenance. Pool was not heated. My son 8 years curious asked front desk about pool and he was told it's ambiteted heat . He wasn't sure what she meant she said look it up on Google. Breakfast cold and gross. End up doing McDonald's the last two mornings we were there. I get things happen, but please keep it known that your stuff is down repairs ,not maintenance. We understand stuff goes down,

Good place except for hot tub not working

Many options for breakfast which included self made waffles. Bed was very comfortable.

No bathtub in room. Hot tub was closed for repair which was a disappointment because it was one of the reasons we booked with this motel and no discount on room rate given

A fine place to stay

It was close enough to the freeway to not be out of our way and was very quiet, until the fire alarm went off that is. That was rather ear splitting!

The pillows are lumpy and being a short person, I wonder why they put beds up high? I have to jump into bed! It wasn't their fault that the pipes burst, but it wasn't nice to lose all the water right as we were trying to shower and leave. We didn't even have water to flush. I am so sorry for the maid!
