i donot happy with the front desk opening time. the rooms are very good. kitchen is well equipped.

the opening time of the front desk was very late. phone calls hardly answer. we request a early check in. but didnot work out as front desk was closed. keep the front desk open at least from 12.00 noon.

Amazing place

Beautiful black with a lot of amendments that make you feel like home. We enjoyed our stay very much.

One small comment that would not effect the rating. We enjoyed the stay and hot tub in the evening, and watching movies after a long ski day. The 24" TV is just too small for the place, it doesn't sit right. I wish it was larger, especially considering that there is not a significant price difference between 24" and 40" TV. Would be happy to see that in future. I will definitely return. Also keep in mind that the smaller bedroom doesn't have any windows. It is hard to tell what time if the day is it.

Great place bad employee ruined our thoughts!

The property was very nice, the condo was big and spacious. Underground parking was also excellent with the weather as cold as it was.

When we arrived no one told us that the Hot Tub was closed due to the cold. There was a hot tub code given to us so we went out to try it. An older gentleman from the hotel came and very rudely started to treat us like we broke into the place. We did have some drinks with us that was wrong but in his rant he was talking like we broke in saying it was locked and the cover was on. Yes it was locked but the code opened the door so not sure what might have been different. My daughter and her fiance were quite upset at the treatment so I thought I would mention it at the front seat. I went there and the gentleman was there so I just wanted to say that he could have told us nicely to get out. He instantly started to get upset with me again. This gentleman should not be talking to and customers as he has no customer service understanding. I have been in c/s for over 30 years. Unfortunately this left a real bad taste in our mouth and very unlikely that we would ever go back!

Comfortable and pleasant.

Like the pricing for facilities provided.

There was no internet connection for TV. I couldn't watch TV because wasn't able to connect my laptop to it. Also there should be some indoor fun too like a pool or small coffee shop. Reception hours are too late..At least start at 10AM if guest have some questions.

Great stay in a beautiful area!

Needed more parking passes than 1. When we went to use some of the dishes in the cupboards they were dirty.

Nice place, but too pricey for what you get

The room was spacious, and the beds were big. Nice kitchen and dishes that came in handy. There was a washer dryer that was useful. The place is located away from the city but close enough to Banff. The outside hot tub was nice too. Good underground parking

One ceiling was not painted. Some dishes were dirty. Found used candy wrapper in a drawer. The front desk only operates after 12 noon, so if there are any problems, you basically need to wait for the day after. For instance, the bath was not draining well when we checked in and only discovered it at night. They didn't provide enough shampoos and soap and dishwasher capsules so had to get some from front desk too. Although the main floor is spacious, the rooms are cramped. The dishwasher is super noisy.

Staff didn’t explain very well and charged a wavy more money. On Website they didn’t mention the whole information. So please work on that so that people can plan their budget accordingly.

very relaxing in lovely accommodations.

beautiful accommodations, very clean and spacious. our pet was even given a welcome gift! staff were very pleasant and helpful. Had a Bbq on the deck.

Won’t stay here again

Good location close to Canmore and other attractions. HDMI cable provided for free upon request.

1) Toilet was dirty at check-in, 2) construction immediately outside window (20-30’) and active early in the mornings, even on the weekend - total dealbreaker, 3) noisy residents in condo above ours - front desk staff said they’d “try” to get ahold of them but couldn’t be sure because it was a privately owned unit - wait, what?

It’s great if you’re lucky enough to get the newer well maintained units.

The unit that we got was excellent. We were lucky. It was new and well maintained.

We were in a group. The unit others got were not that great.

Poor value for money considering it’s pot luck if you face the building work or not

Staff friendly and check In process was quick and easy. Suit was large and clean. Car parking is safe and secure. Pets are treated like humans and receive a gift when checking in - nice touch

Facing a building site, woken at 7.30 with noisy building work. Not good but thank goodness we were only there for 1 night. These rooms should be discounted considering the work will be going on for quite some time as a huge residential block is being built literally feet from your window. There are better room rates at other hotels near by. Sadly we won’t be back.
