About this house rental

The property has an entrance of 12m2 which serves a very quiet two-bedroom apartment, on the ground floor of a chalet located in the hamlet of Les Marches, 4 km from the ski resort of Orcières 1850m. It is composed of :
- 1 living room of 25 m2
- 1 bedroom of 8 m2 with a double bed and a French window opening directly onto the garden.
- 1 bedroom of 9 m2 with a double bed and retractable bunk beds.
- 1 bathroom of 4 m2
- separate toilets

The hamlet of Les Marches is south facing and 1 km from the national road leading to the resort. This allows it to benefit from absolute calm and an exceptional view.
