The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, balcony view and there were plenty of areas outside of room for family gathering. Eg games rooms, TV lounge, mini library. There was something for everyone.
It would be a bonus to add a kitchenette to the room, to make your own meals. I didn't check the website of it was available in any of the rooms. There were also restaurants in close range and continental breakfast provided so it wasn't a big deal. We were here for the snow and didn't leave disappointed. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice lobby and quiet, peaceful surrounds :)
The staff could be more confident in giving advice on places to eat and local delivery or pickup options

Breakfast was great continental breakfast
Facilities were good, beds comfortable
Staff were nice, great games room
It’s not a dislike but our group of 5 were the only ones at the accomodation, I don’t think we would have booked if we knew we were the only ones in the building,no staff overnight, it was just unusual

Room was not ready by check in time.
Manager was stressed on the day when short staff. She winged a lot and mentioned booking.com shouldn't have let us booked the room. Not the first impression expected at reception
