I was on a business visit, so stayed just for one night but was amazed by the cleanliness, upkeep and beauty of this property. It is truly a Modern Haveli architecture, with such peaceful and positive vibes. The staff was very welcoming and cordial. The food was delicious and home made style with less oil and spices, smelling of freshness. The weather was rainy, so the swim in the pool made it worthwhile. Swimming costume was mandatory requirement, but the property provided it on a very reasonable rental. All in all, 5 stars!!! 👍🏻
Everything about Royal Heritage Haveli Udaipur was very very good. I will come back with family for sure. This is now onwards my preferred choice of stay in Udaipur.

Location is great if you plan to visit Kodiyat. Property owner is a sweet person who ensured we are well settled in. She also offered timely support as and when needed. Given the cost, it's a good option in Kodiyat. It's on the main road with ample parking.
Additionally, there are shops beside the hotel which come in handy if you need anything.
Since we travelled during winters, the rooms were quite cold and the quilt was not sufficient to withstand the chilly weather during the night. We forgot to ask for extra blankets or a heater. However, I think the owner would have provided the same had we asked. Otherwise it was alright.

Average property with very high charges.
Rooms were too small.Basic food items like upma and parantha were not there in beeakfast.There was no variety in food and charges were exorbitantly high.Swimming pool was also not clean and too small than what was showed in the picture.
