Very quiet air conditioning, very friendly staff (we had mold on the ceiling in our room. When we asked, we were immediately given another room, which was perfectly fine), quiet room facing the back courtyard, 1 bottle of water and soap. Overall a simple room, for this very reasonable price and perfectly fine for sleeping.

Very clean. With a good wifi.
Simple check in / check out procedures.
Close to bus station for sukkhotai.
Location is wrong on booking.com and google maps (not by far, but still). Correcting it would help.
