This home was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay. It is up on a hill, with beautiful views.

This house was perfect for our two families (5 adults, 6 kids). The rooms were super spacious and the house was lovely! It was easily walkable to downtown and to the hot springs. The only thing I would say could be improved was the kitchen was missing a few basics like plastic wrap, foil and a large sheet pan. Other than that, it was exceptional! We’d definitely book this place again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this quiet, new home close to town. We were able to walk to town and the hot springs. The rooms were spacious and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

We stayed here during my daughter’s wedding weekend as a back up plan to our reservations at Hotel Colorado (5 days) . When my daughter was suddenly transferred out of Glenwood Springs, she also was in need of a place for two nights, as well as her cousins and brothers. They liked it so much they gave up their rooms at the Hotel for Friday. Thought I’d never get rid of them.

This home was clean, well cared for, and provided everything we needed for dishes, cups, cooking utensils and appliances. Bedrooms and baths were very comfortable. Walking distance to town/pool/restaurants on a quiet street with little traffic. Great patio area. Has two living spaces with large couches and TVs on separate levels, so if you have kids there is a place for them to be, as well. We will be back!

Beautiful home. Had everything we needed and plenty of comfortable space to relax. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Quick five minute walk to town and another short walk to the gondola that takes you up to the amusement park. We came in on the train and walked everywhere we needed to. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Glenwood Springs. Will tell all our friends as well

We enjoyed our stay in Glenwood Springs. The home is accurately portrayed in photo images. It nicely accommodated our 6 adults and 4 kids by utilizing the bunks and 2 ottomans that unfolded into small beds. It also had a highchair and pack n’ play for those with small kids. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The AC unit on the main level kept us cool, despite the 90+ degree July weather, but our upstairs family members didn’t feel relief until late in the evening. Similarly, the water pressure on the main level was good, but the upstairs shower was weak. The yard is comprised of landscape rocks. The home is conveniently located, just a short distance from town, with a lot of restaurant options.

My 6 year old asked for a vacation for his birthday and we love the mountains, so we decided to try somewhere we haven’t been before. This house is tucked away on the mountain side where you feel the quiet, but you can walk almost anywhere in 10 or less minutes. The house itself was very clean, had just about everything you could want including baby items and toys for the kids. It was a wonderful stay.

My husband and I, three daughters, their husbands, and two little ones enjoyed our stay together in this home. There was plenty of room for privacy, and plenty of room to gather together. We enjoyed the proximity of the house to all the fun places we wanted to go in town. We all had a great, long weekend together!

We had an amazing time and the property is perfect! It basically has 2 master suites & has a great layout! I'd say it sleeps 8-9 comfortably. Great location :)

A great place to get together with old friends for a week long ski trip. It took us less than an hour drive to Snowmass, Aspen Highlands or Beaver Creek. Also, we walked from the house to restaurants and bars. We would stay here again.

The house is very nice and in a great location. The house does not sleep 11. There are 2 queens, 1 king, and a set of twin bunk beds. There are these 2 ottoman-type kids beds that would only fit a really small child. Even with these 2 small kid beds, the total sleeping is only 10 people. Realistically, it should be advertised as sleeping 8 people. Another thing was for a newly built house to NOT have a garbage disposal. The ice maker would not make ice. The upstairs living room had power reclining sofas, however the cords were present to plug in. Aside from these issues, we enjoyed our stay. We were lucky we didn't actually have 11 guest total in our party.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. We were in town for a wedding and the home was the perfect location for exploring Glenwood Springs. The house was comfortable and well stocked for our group. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

We had a group of 8 adults staying at the house. It was an ok but we were disappointed with the stay. The house is in area at a dead-end of a neighborhood with some run down houses and one that is burned from a fire and abandoned. When outside the neighborhood has a whiff of marijuana every so often. Inside the house, the amenities listed Xfinity cable, but when we got there to watch football we found out they no longer had it. One of the rooms was a bunkbed room that was wobbly and not stable enough for anyone to sleep on the top part so that person had to sleep on the floor. The AC works on the first level but is not strong enough to cool the 2nd floor. So they have a freestanding AC unit in the bedroom to try and cool it. The unit was quite loud to sleep there through the night. The mattress in the master bedroom was very hard to sleep on. The parking of only 2 cars in front seems odd in a large space. The neighbors seemed unfriendly and gave us some negative looks. When communicating with Matthew, the host for the management company, he was quite rude. The multitude of cameras on the property watching us was unsettling. It was an uncomfortable stay with a large group.

Me and my four girlfriends stayed here for my bachelorette party and had the most amazing time! The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. We were able to walk to all of the best restaurants. The house was so clean, well stocked, and very spacious. The beds were super comfortable as well. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Glenwood. Thanks for letting us stay!

Such a great place to stay! We loved the home and environment! The house is fully stocked with great kitchen items. It got me rethinking my pots and pans at home. I need to do some shopping now. Loved the decor and modern look. the owners were easy to work with and everything was fully functioning! Warm water with 10 people. Good use of space for a large group. Highly recommend! Unless you book when we want to or it drives up the prices then don't. 😉😊
