The Villa is very clean and has pretty much everything you need. The views out to the sea are great. Its a quiet area (in non building time) so is very relaxing.
Super easy to collect the keys - contact with Slaja the property manager was excellent. She was mega helpful!
We were delayed coming across the border (a common story in peak times!), so she had everything prepared and waiting for us.
Slaja was also fantastic with reservations, any maintenance issues and arranging the mid stay clean. she made the stay really relaxed and any issue was dealt with immediately.
The new Schengen rules means that every time you cross the border between Bosnia and Croatia you have to get out the car, have photos and sometime fingerprints taken. the longest we had to wait was 1 hour!
Tip - Use the online CCTV available from websites to see the traffic flow before you leave. We hung around in Dubrovnik an extra hour and missed the queues.
Also - a lot of sediment in the pool means it is a funny colour, but is regularly cleaned and treated.

Immaculate family Villa, from the warm welcome to the ease of departure, Sara/Sladja and all staff couldn't do enough to make our short stay more comfortable, nothing was any trouble. I would highly recommend Bozholidays and Ivanica to any family looking for a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle, the views are simply stunning and the weather was fantastic, we enjoyed trips to Montenegro/Croatia as well as exploring Bosnia. Unfortunately we only had one week however making plans to return in the near future, although a car is required we had zero issues driving between countries and never waited more then 10 minutes at any checkpoint, all in all a fantastic stay.
Only booking for 1 week.
