La sistemazione confortevole, il giardino esterno, la vicinanza a una delle spiagge più belle della zona. Grazie a Gino e Alessandra per la squisita ospitalità

We came for a wedding hosted near by (Villa Mirabilis) with my family.
We rented the whole house (2 apartments).
The location is great, it has spacious yard and terraces with its own private parking. Very nice views.
Gino and his daughter were very welcoming and ready to provide all the necessities.
It has a coffee machine, lot of coffees and quite a bit of breakfast crossaints, jam, cocked bread, nutella.
There is a private and public beach very nearby. Nice to go for a swim.
At night is very peaceful, all the windows have nets against mosquitos.
The ACs are working well and we had very good peaceful sleep eventhough outside was quite hot.
The private parking can be tricky. The narrow private parking, it's not easy to park to the guest designated area.
Maybe Gino in the future would allow guest to park in place of the other parked vechicles.
If Internet is important: No wifi internet and mobile internet signal is quite bad, especially in the room downstairs.
For us it was fine, I just missed some good world cup games :)

L’appartamento nuovo e attrezzato bene con ottima vista, in posizione tranquilla ma vicino a tutto, proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.

La struttura è di recente manifattura: da infissi a mobilio. Confort ed eleganza rendono il luogo adatto sia per brevi che lunghi soggiorni. La vista è spettacolare ed il giardino un valore aggiunto che ha reso il soggiorno incantevole.
Raccomandato!
L'unica pecca è l'assenza di internet, sulla quale si può soprassedere se si necessita di un utilizzo limitato. Altrimenti sarebbe stato perfetto anche per chi può lavorare in remoto e ne approfitta per estendere le vacanze
