Came in to the DC area for our son's 40th birthday. Location was perfect. Took the
train into NYC..just blocks from the house. So many great places to eat and shop. House was comfy and a big thanks for the coffee!

In town for a sports tournament and this quaint home near Rockville's Town Center and Metro Station, restaurants and shopping was the perfect location. The hosts were very responsive and communicated often.

Our family of four adults stayed 4 nights. House was very clean and host was great! Close to metro so we could get to DC easily! Private backyard was amazing for just relaxing after a busy day in the city and morning coffee. Friendly neighborhood. I would definitely recommend.

House was as described in cute neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and the deck in the backyard allowed us to enjoy the perfect weather. Metro was just down the street and made it easy to travel into DC. Check in was easy and host sent easy to understand instructions along with info of surrounding area. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quite place to stay while visiting DC.

So clean, tidy, comfortable. Perfect for two, not sure if I could handle a couple of kids there; however, we were in and out on our visit. Everything I needed was there, took the metro with ease and the hosts were prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

We needed to have a place to stay while our floors were being redone. It is a lovely house. The owners were easy to work with and responsive.

We stayed for a week while in town to visit our son at college. Finding suitable accommodations in the DC area for those traveling with a dog (as we were) can be challenging. This home was a great fit for our needs. The backyard is secluded by a privacy fence and has plenty of space for a pet to let out some energy. The house is close to restaurants, groceries, and other necessities. The Metro park and ride is super close - - within walking distance should one be so inclined -- and we used it on a couple occasions when we did not want to fight downtown traffic and pay for downtown parking. The neighborhood and neighbors are quiet and friendly. We will definitely plan to return when next we travel with our dog.

The pictures and description were extremely accurate. Place was nice, easy checkin and great communication with host. House is in a very quiet neighborhood, but real close to main streets to get places. Can also walk to Rockville metro. Beds were comfortable, and house had enough amneities to feel as home for 8 nights, like a big tv, coffee, nice laundry set up. The fenced in backyard was also great for our puppy.

We enjoyed our week in Rockville, it is a good base for trips to DC and Catoctin Mountains. The kitchen is well equipped, the neighborhood is nice and the beds are comfortable. Thank you to the owners!

SADLY DISAPPOINTING
The house has charm, but several doors don't close (including the upstairs bathroom door) and it wasn't really clean.. Things were Ok, like beds, linens, condition of the furniture, stained bathtub and stained dinner plates. The shower head was great, but most things were just ok.
The hostess was quite difficult. 3 hours before check-in we still didn't have our code to enter. It was promised to us AT :LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CHEKC IN. When I politely asked the hostess to help me understand why she hadn't sent the code, she accused me of being rude and aggressive. She seemed very fragile and unable to interact as a hostess in a healthy manner. This part was disconcerting. We have rented many properties all over the world and have never had a bad experience with a host or hostess.

Just what we wanted
Our goal was to avoid DC traffic and visit all the spots. This house is a short walk to the metro and we rode it into Downtown several days without issue. We also drove the hour to Harpers Ferry one day. The house filled our needs completely.

Excellent housing option in Rockville
My family and I actually live a few miles away and needed a place to stay while we renovated our kitchen. The owners couldn’t have been nicer and made the process super easy for us and we are really new to VRBO. The house was absolutely clean, the location was safe and super convenient for my family and our kids are under 13. We grilled out and hung in the fenced in backyard and they even let us use the coffee/espresso machines that had everything needed. The beds were comfy, the AC worked great. We were happy, my only regret is not walking downtown Rockville to enjoy the plethora of food/fun options. I can’t recommend this house enough.

We had a great time at the property and location. Very clean and convenient. Our dog enjoyed the backyard space, and we enjoyed taking the Metro to and from DC.

This house was the perfect spot for doing it all as a family of four. It was comfortable for everyone, but manageable to keep up with while on vacation. It's location is walkable to the Metro, making all of DC easily accessible, and equally close to downtown Rockville for groceries, dining out, etc. Overall great spot!

Excellent place to stay
It’s a comfortable house in a safe neighborhood. We spent a lot of time walking our dogs in the neighborhood, which seems safe and very close to restaurants. The mattresses are comfortable and bedding is plush.

Cute house in cute neighborhood
We really enjoyed our stay here. My daughter brought her dog, and having the big backyard, plus a walkable and friendly neighborhood, were nice amenities.
The house itself was cute and comfy with comfortable beds. I slept well here! I think it would fit up to 4 people most comfortably--having a half bath came in handy. There were all the utensils you could ever need in the kitchen.
Just outside this neighborhood you will find tons of shopping and restaurants. The metro station is very close (but was closed when we were there).
Overall we had a pleasant stay!
