About this apartment rental
Our vacation rental offers 85 m² of spacious living area for four people. It features two separate bedrooms (one in the attic), two bathrooms with shower and toilet, a living room with a TV, a kitchen, a hallway, and a furnished balcony. The kitchen features a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and all the kitchenware you’ll need.
Our large, comfortable vacation rental is located in the heart of Saxon Switzerland, the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, with a view of the Lilienstein. The Lilienstein is about 500 m away—Königstein Fortress is about an hour’s walk away, including a crossing of the Elbe River. The vacation apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes ranging from the Bastei to the Schrammsteine, as well as into the mountainous region on the left bank of the Elbe and into Bohemian Switzerland.
The property is situated on a rocky plateau between the Elbe Valley and the Lilienstein table mountain. The property is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac. If you love nature, peace and quiet, and wonderful views, you’ve come to the right place.
On-site costs: The nightly rate includes final cleaning, bed linens, towels, electricity, water, and heating. A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. Keys will also be handed over on-site. Cancellation policy: • Free of charge up to 36 days before arrival • 20% up to 28 days before arrival • up to 14 days before arrival: 40% • thereafter: 50% – the deposit will be retained
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
