Only a full 7 consecutive night rental has a discount off the total. This is an older unit that can accommodate up to 4 people. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, second floor unit. There is an elevator in the building. There one master bedroom with a king bed (sleeps 2) and a bathroom off the living area. The living room also has a queen sized sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). ACCOMMODATIONS: * Max Occupancy: 4 people * Bedroom #1: one king bed * Living Room: one queen sofa bed with bathroom off living room * Full kitchen * No fireplace in unit * No pets allowed * Non-smoking resort * Shared laundry facilities ABOUT: The resort has an indoor, outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. It is located 1 mile from Lionshead lift area in Vail. The resort offers a shuttle service available during lift hours or guests can take the free Vail public bus. PARKING: There is one outoor parking space available on the property for this unit. GUEST NAMES: This resort is very strict about name changes. This rental cannot be transferred or sold to another party. Guest must be present with a valid ID and major credit card to check-in. CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 4:00 pm (please do not expect to be allowed to check-in earlier than that). Check-out: 10:00 am. Although check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, you may experience longer check-in times between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, as a great many guests arrive and attempt to check-in at this time. CREDIT CARD: A credit card may required at check-in by property for an additional deposit (separate from the Owner's Damage Deposit) as security or for optional incidental charges. Was skeptical prior to arriving due to the low prices and sub par photos but we couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. Nice suite, great shuttle service and pretty close to the local bus stop. No complaints!
