We would go back.

Location of the property was very good for snorkeling and some great beaches.

The address provided was for the Golf Club main building, and we had trouble finding the condo when we arrived. The real address is Las Rochas 19A.

Hospedaria novamente, sem qualquer dúvida.

Excelente hospedagem e muito confortável. Casa bem equipada e com todas as comodidades (sabonete, shampoo, condicionador, detergente para a pia, material para lavar roupa, lavadora e secadora de roupa, secador de cabelo, etc). Televisão e ar condicionado em todos os cômodos. Cozinha excelente e com grande variedade de panelas, pratos, talheres, copos, taças, etc. Material para praia. Excelente chuveiro (água forte e com ótima temperatura). Apesar de distante do centro (tem que estar de carro), o condomínio é muito agradável e bonito. Achei o local super seguro.

De ter ficado tão pouco tempo. Dificuldade em achar a casa. Sugiro um mapa que aponte a localização exata. Não que seja um problema geral, mas tem escada para os quartos. Mais orientações para utilizar/ou não a piscina do Clube de Golfe, assim como o restaurante.

Excellent stay.

The area was very nice, and the house were beautiful. Very spotless and clean. The grounds in the area where the house was located was extremely well taken care of. The pool, and fitness room was great Had a very enjoyable time.

Overall I would definitely recommend this property but hope the owner will amend minor flaws.

Lovely area, very clean and beautifully landscaped. Very pleasant to walk in the evenings. House was very clean, spacious and comfortable and linens were clean and soft. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. Covered patio and bar-b-que very welcome and convenient. Home was well appointed. Owner prepaid and arranged access to swimming pool at golf course clubhouse for our use while there. Restaurant and bar within 5 minute walk of property.

Owner didn't provide paper towels, tea towels, bar or dish soap so on arrival, we had to immediately go shopping to be able to wash our hands. Owner did not advise us in advance that we needed to visit spa to obtain bracelets to access pool. A heads up e-mail prior to our arrival as to what was not included and pool access information would have found us better prepared as this was our first time renting house vs. hotel. Frying pans in poor condition and need replacing. Two of the three bathrooms were leaking water and need maintenance. Several light bulbs were burnt out. Owner only provided one key so we had to manage our group comings and goings. These are all minor issues but make the difference between a rating of 8 or 10.

Location was excellent, the condo was good in principle, but maintenance is urgently required

It is a nice condo for max 4 persons

The apartment was poorly maintained; dislocated shower door, water leakage in the kitchen, batteries missing from remote controls, electricity plug missing from lamp, window blinds falling down. No toilet paper! Maintenance took more than 24 hours to arrive and then not all issues were resolved. The owner and manager need to get their act together, really

Lovely house in secure estate

The size, the rooms, the decor, the bedroom size abs comfort, the bath as well as shower. Good communication with owner. Wifi was good.

No toilet rolls when we arrived, no dishwasher tablets. Would appreciate more cooking utensils. Some plugs were not attached to the lamps and there was no play for the bath. Small matters and didn’t really impact how much we enjoyed the place!

Great location in a green setting.

At a great location on the island. A resort alike living area, surrounded by golf course and club like facilities (fee based). Nice beaches in the West and a rough coast to the North.

Green, upmarket and quiet setting. Houses and villas, no hotel feeling with nice shared facilities and restaurants/bar.
