Great location with comfortable rooms

Noisy rubbish clearing directly below window early in the morning

Location is perfect, comfortable rooms great restaurant.

Lift was out of order but we did get advanced warning before the visit and it was being worked on.

Breakfast was good. Fresh pastries, cereals, yoghurt, toast, juice were free & there was a good range of paid for options.

Size of room was small & no aircon. But room was newly painted and well appointed for size

The breakfast was amazing. Excellent choice, beautifully presented by lovely staff. A serious restaurant kitchen was turning out bakery items on the premises. Parking was easy in front of the hotel and the view across the bay was exceptional.

Booking through booking.com led us to believe that seaview rooms were available, however this was not the case, The seaview rooms are apartments, some of which are available to rent (but we are a couple and don't need 3 bedrooms!). The room was small and the view consisted of all the rubbish bins and staff accommodation which was quite noisy. Privacy was only assured by closing the blind and up several flights of stairs. The lift had been out of service for a couple of weeks and my disabled partner really struggled although they moved us to the lowest available level. They really should make this clear in the publicity
