The facilities were clean, the people were all polite and friendly, the computer in the business center was useful, breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast, the room was quiet,I slept well

I wish there was a Tim’s within walking distance. There’s not much you can do to correct that situation. Tim’s could do something about it.

This is a new hotel. Very clean, comfortable. Nice view from the room. The staff was kind. The room was large and we had everything we needed.

There was a note in the room, on the 1st day of our stay, the beds would be made and the towels would be restocked. When we came back to the room at night, only one bed was made and there were no small towels in the room. We did not mind it as we were leaving the next day but it would have been nice if both beds were made and the towels were restocked. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of breakfast items. Unfortunately the seating area is a small area in the lobby and it was very busy around 8:00AM. I did not enjoy the paper plates and plastic utensils. Eggs tasted like they were made from powdered eggs. There were no instructions on how to operate the blinds with the remote. We pulled it down and it would not go up. We asked the reception to send someone to check. When we went back, the blinds were left as they were and noone seemed to have fixed them.
