About this house rental
A cozy and bright semi-detached house located in a peaceful area within the Ukkohalla holiday resort, 150 m², built in 2007.
Note: For the 2026-2027 season, 4 SKI PASSES are included in the price.
Combined kitchen/living room with a fridge-freezer (210 l capacity) and an additional Coca-Cola fridge (115 l), 5 bedrooms, loft, sauna, bathroom/WC, 2 separate WCs, dressing room, vestibule, terrace, storage, fireplace, and firewood.
Four bedrooms each with 2 x 80 cm beds, and one bedroom with a 120 cm bed. The spaces are distributed over two floors. One of the upstairs bedrooms includes a small remote work area.
At the lakeshore, there is a shallow sandy beach, dock, boat, and a spacious grill shelter for shared use. The glazed terrace offers a great view of the Ukkohalla slopes and Lake Syväjärvi. Enjoy the comfort of a spacious, furnished, and glazed terrace.
An electric car charging point is available for guests free of charge (using the guest's own charging cable, Type 2 charging device, max 11 kW).
The apartment's waste bins are located at the end of the garage building; the garage is not included with the apartment.
Smart TV, Google Chromecast, air source heat pump, and private Wi-Fi network.
Child equipment: safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, crib, 2 high chairs, BabyBjörn bouncer, potty, and a small play area.
