Great location clean and great facilities

Location location location. This is very central and pretty nice size on the apartment. There was a kitchen with cooker, dishwasher and fridge. Flat screen tv. Apartment was clean and in pretty good shape.
Central, spacious. Don't expect more. Anything more.
Getting hold of the host/reception was problematic. On our arrival date (Thursday afternoon) it took over three hours to get a reply. Our kitchen lacked a frying pan, after asking twice to have one supplied we had to buy it ourselves, same for toilet paper. Only way to get towels changed was to hunt down the cleaners in the morning and ask them. Near to impossible to get hold of "customer support", but then again they market themselves as luxury apartments. I couldn't find any luxury anywhere. Several doors stuck and the shower was wonky. Bed was.. available, let's leave it at that. We stayed for ten days, three would have been enough.

The location can't be beat. Housekeeping was excellent. Everything was sparkling clean. Wi-Fi worked well with two people.
There seem to be a lot of deferred maintenance issues: chipped furniture and dishes, deep cracks in bathroom walls, random parts shoved in drawers. Towels and sheets have seen better days. The additional fees for adding a second person were ridiculously high given that all they have to do is give us an extra skimpy towel or two.
