Iban fue un host encantador y súper disponible todo el tiempo, dándonos facilidades para todo. El apartamento tiene lo justo y necesario para hacer turismo de “dormir”, ver cosas, comer fuera, e ir solo a ducharse y descansar.
Me sorprende mucho que tenga un 9,7 en ubicación porque, aunque es cierto que está a 5 minutos del inicio de una calle principal, del resto de atracciones turísticas está bastante lejos y es un buen paseo llegar hasta muchas de ellas. Al no ser una plaza céntrica, no hay muchas opciones para comer o comprar, hay que desplazarse al centro para casi todo.

La struttura è fantastica! Zona centralissima a 7 minuti dalla stazione di Porta Susa e dalla metro. Ivan è stato disponibilissimo per qualsiasi problema e alla fine del soggiorno ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli vicino alla struttura.
L'unica pecca è stata la finestra che purtroppo non riuscivamo ad aprire in autonomia, ma fortunatamente Ivan è stato disponibilissimo anche per questo.

Good location, a short walk from the shopping area. We appreciated the useful information about Torino and the maps provided by the owner,
Sparsely furnished, more like a student flat. Why only one bedside table?
No proper clothes storage, just a few coathangers on the side of a shelf unit.
Thin pillows and hard towels.
No privacy in the bathroom after dark, as there was no proper blind and it was overlooked by windows in the building opposite.
Mini fridge on the floor, kettle and coffee machine therefore had to be used at knee level
Poor condition of flooring and black mould in bathroom.
Overall the apartment compared poorly with other places we have stayed in Italy , and we felt more care should have been taken in preparing and presenting the property.
