We loved the design, the complimentary coffee and tea for guests, the included breakfast which was very authentic and fresh, and the good service.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean and well equipped with air conditioning.
They didn't want to charge the payment through booking, also they charged us VAT, when no other hotel did. They also did not want to give us an invoice. They offered us a tour, we asked twice for the price and I asked an invoice to which they replied that it was not necessary and when we had to pay they wanted more money.
