Convenient yet quiet location. Nice patio. Great kitchenette with everything needed considered. Rooms aesthetically pleasing/ nicely designed.
Designated parking spot beneath the building.
Air handler in bedroom and kitchen area releases a buzzing sound/alarm every 5 minutes or so during the night if AC is on- even at lowest settings. This may only affect light sleepers or those reluctant to sleep with windows and patio doors open. Otherwise this apartment would have all 10’s from us.
